Luxury Lodges in North Wales to be sold to the highest bidder

Managing the sale on behalf of a Government Agency, Wilsons Auctions will be offering bidders the unique opportunity to decide the price on luxury accommodation located in Clwyd, LL22 9H.

There are three luxury lodges available to bid on in the upcoming Online Luxury Goods Auction from 27 – 31 October, which have a combined value of approximately £500,000. Each lodge will be sold separately in the auction in a timed online format.

Glendale Lodge is the largest accommodation unit compromising of three bedrooms, a master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and ensuite, a master bathroom with separate shower and bath, a large living kitchen area with large island and utility room. This lodge is valued at approximately £192,000 + VAT.

The second accommodation unit is referred to Rivendale Lodge. This luxury unit benefits from two bedrooms, ensuites, a kitchen with Island, two Living rooms including a sunroom and a utility room. This lodge is valued at approximately £165,000 + VAT.

Arrondale Lodge also benefits from two bedrooms with ensuites and is valued at approximately £137,000 + VAT.
