Final Unreserved Public Auction for City of Glasgow College

The final public auction of City of Glasgow College's surplus assets will take place on November 9th at 10am in the Charles Oakley Building, Glasgow.

The final unreserved public auction of The City of Glasgow College’s surplus assets is set to take place on Wednesday 9th November, managed by Wilsons Auctions.

The auction, which will take place in the Charles Oakley Building on Cathedral Street, Glasgow, has an extensive range of items going under the hammer including hairdressing and beauty therapy equipment from massage and nail tables to hairdressing stations, barber chairs and hairdryer chairs.

Other items set to be auctioned include office equipment including PC’s, photocopiers and office desks and chairs, guitars, catering equipment, industrial washing machines and dryers and flat screen televisions.

This is the final of three auctions to take place at the college ahead of its relocation to new premises and is expected to be highly attractive among bidders in the hairdressing and beauty industries.

The auction will take place in the Charles Oakley Building at 10am on 9th November with viewings available from 10am – 5pm on Monday 7th and Tuesday 8th November.

Wilsons Auctions was appointed disposal partner for The City of Glasgow College managing three auctions in total, the first two auctions proved very successful with all lots sold. In total the college has over 2,000 surplus assets up for auction, all of which are to be sold as seen, with no reserve.
