Registration: Early registration for this auction is recommended. To register please email a copy of your ID (passport/driving license) & proof of address (utility bill) as well as referencing the specific auction you are looking to register for to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Location, Viewing & Collection: All Items are located at Council Sites In Forfar, Brechin and Monifieth. Viewing and collections will take place here also.
Payments: Collections will be starting after the auction has finished. All goods must be paid in full and removed from the premises within 3 working days of the auction. Any goods not collected by this time will be resold with no reserve and your deposit will be forfeited.
Terms & Conditions:
- £100 deposit for online buyers.
- All lots are plus VAT unless otherwise stated by the auctioneer & auctioneers commission plus VAT on the commission with a minimum charge of £2.00.
- All lots are "Sold As Seen" unless stated by the auctioneer.
- All purchasers are deemed to have satisfied themselves by inspection or otherwise as to the description, size or quantities of any lot
Postage & Packaging: Wilsons Auctions do not offer a postage & packaging service, please note couriers collecting goods for customers must be able to package items. Please contact auction manager for recommendations on local couriers that offer this service.
