All bidders will be required to provide a deposit of £500 (five hundred pounds) if you are the successful bid a further deposit 10% (ten percent) of the hammer price will be payable immediately after the auction concludes

Viewing: By Appointment. PPE must be worn. Entry to any part of the vessel that is readily available will be at the risk of the individual. All viewings will be under the supervision of an approved member of staff. There will be a health and safety briefing before entering the vessel.

Payments: All lots must be paid no later than 48hrs from the sale concluding.

Terms & Conditions: All Lots are subject to auctioneers commission of 20% plus VAT on the commission unless stated otherwise. Each Lot will time out in 30 Second intervals with the first lot ending at 12:00. All Lots are ‘Sold As Seen’ unless stated otherwise. All purchasers are deemed to have satisfied themselves by inspection or otherwise as to the description, size or quantities of any lot. No collections on the day of the sale. No Saturday & Sunday collections.

The vessel is to be bid for in accordance with the current condition.

It is recommended that any potential purchasers visit the vessel and conduct their own on-site survey of the vessel, utilising a suitably qualified and experienced person, prior to bidding.

The vessel has been moored for 4+ years and as such certifications may not be in date.

The purchaser is responsible for any costs incurred post sale which include but are not limited to:

  1. Any costs associated with gaining the required authorisations and/or certifications in order to facilitate removal of vessel ’from its current location, post sale;
  2. Any costs associated to the insurance, safety and security of the vessel(s) post sale;
  3. Any costs associated to berthing/mooring/storage at the vessels current location as of noon 21st September 2019
  4. Any other costs that may come about as the owner of the vessel(s) post sale.
