Wilsons Auctions sponsored Pro Golfer wins Pro-Am Tournament in Dubai

Ryan Ingram won the inaugural PGA in Yorkshire Dubai Pro-Am.

Ryan Ingram, a professional golfer sponsored by Wilsons Auctions Newcastle, is ending the year on a high having recently won the inaugural PGA in Yorkshire Dubai Pro-Am.

The golfer, based at George Washington Golf Course in Tyne and Wear, recently took part in the international competition held at The Address Montgomerie, Arabian Ranges Golf Resort & Newly Established Dubai Hills Golf & Spa Resort.

Ryan finished with a 10 under par total and led the field by 16 points and achieved the official course record on the Dubai Hills Golf Club, shooting a round of 70 to finish two under par.

Alongside his individual success, the George Washington Golf Team also claimed the team prize with scores of 87, 80 and 85 points to win by eight points.

The competition included a total of 24 golfers from countries including Australia, United Kingdom and United States of America.

Wilsons Auctions Newcastle’s sponsorship supports Ryan with competitions and equipment as well as his RLIGolf Academy and Summer Camps which sees Ryan coaching the next generation of golfers in the North East region of England.
