Wilsons Auctions sells company’s premises and contents in one day, in one auction!

Our Dublin teams realised a total of over €620,000 for premises and assets at Co. Mayo auction.

Wilsons Auctions, Ireland and the UK’s largest independent auction company, has successfully managed the auction of the premises of Murphy Stainless Steel Specialists Limited as well as the Metal Working Machinery & Equipment, achieving a hammer total of over €620,000.

Taking place at the premises itself in Moneen Industrial Estate in Castlebar, Co. Mayo the auction was extremely well attended with bidders both nationally and internationally interested in over 160 Lots including the warehouse on c. one-acre corner site within the industrial estate.

The machinery and equipment realised well in excess of the expected return with every Lot selling, while the property achieved an impressive €185,000 over the reserve.
