Wilsons Auctions Newcastle supports local PGA Professional and the future of golf!

The future of golf in the North East of England is tee-ing off thanks to golf-pro Ryan Ingram and sponsorship from Wilsons Auctions Newcastle.

Wilsons Auctions Newcastle is lending its support to a local Junior Golf Summer Camp which tees-off this week at George Washington Golf Club, Co. Durham, through its sponsorship of Pro-Golfer Ryan Ingram.

The one and two-day Summer Camps, which are open to all Junior golfers in the North East region of England, will take place across three weeks in August and will see up to 15 kids take part each week!

Ryan, who recently won his first professional tournament at Ramside Golf Club back in June, is one of the only golf pros in the area to organise summer camps to help develop the skills of local junior players in the sport over the school holidays.

At 25 years-old, Ryan has been a professional golfer for six years and has been a fully qualified coach for three years. As well as offering tuition to both adults and juniors as a PGA Head Professional, he has his own academy which includes 30 golf junior golf who come along each week!

Wilsons Auctions Newcastle’s sponsorship supports Ryan with competitions and equipment as well as his RLIGolf Academy and Summer Camps.
