Job Description

Wilsons Auctions is the largest independently owned auction house in the UK & Ireland. We currently have a requirement in our Head Office in Mallusk for a full time Auction Support Administrator.

The role will involve but not be limited to:

  • First point of contact for customers
  • Answering telephones
  • Taking cash / card payments
  • Processing auction entries
  • Invoicing, Photocopying, filing, incoming & outgoing post
  • Assisting various departments with phone calls
  • Assisting car & commercial department with administration duties

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate should have the following skills / attributes:         

  • Minimum of 2 years administration experience.
  • Good level of IT literacy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Cash handling experience
  • Hard working and motivated
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Able to work as part of a team

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am - £ 5.30pm (30 min unpaid lunch break) with additional hours as required to facilitate the needs of the business
