Wilsons Auctions in conjunction with Eauctions have received instructions from Mr. Paul McCann & Mr. Stephen Tennant of Grant Thornton, appointed receivers of the assets and undertakings of Dan Morrissey (Irl) Limited.

This major auction event will include over 200 lots of heavy plant and machinery including; excavators, dump trucks,  tri axle tipping trailers, cement bottle trucks, forklifts, loading shovels, block strappers and block makers, twin drum rollers, split screeners, generators, loaders, tracked stock pilers, tractor units, cone crushers, asphalt plant, concrete batching plant, tankers, containers & cabins and much more ALL TO BE SOLD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER!

The auction event will take place at Wilsons Auctions Dublin branch on Saturday 11th November commencing at 10am

 - Every person wishing to enter the auction event will be required to show photographic identification - entry will not be granted without identification being shown at the door.

Special Terms of this Plant & Machinery Auction:

• €1,000 deposit for a buyers number, these are available at reception, you must have a buyers number to bid in the Plant & Machinery auction (Refundable at the end of auction if no purchase is made).
• An additional part payment of 10% of the purchase price will be required on the fall of the hammer - this is required by cleared funds - credit or debit card details must be left on the bidders registration form during registration.
• All lots are plus VAT & auctioneers commission.
• All lots are "Sold As Seen".
• All purchasers are deemed to have satisfied themselves by inspection or otherwise as to the description, size or quantities of any lot.
• Children (under the age 18) will not be admitted onsite for the viewing, auction or collections.
• Full collections details will be stated in the auction catalogue – the onus is entirely on the purchaser to remove their purchased assets within the specified time frames.
