Wilsons Auctions are the largest independently owned auction house in the UK & Ireland. We currently have a requirement in our Head Office in Mallusk for a Full Time Online Auction Support Assistant.
The role will involve but not be limited to:
- Answering telephone / email enquiries
- Registering online buyers for the auctions
- Taking card payments / processing invoices
- Processing vehicles for the online auction – finance clearances
- Chasing debtors / processing creditor payments
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate should have the following skills / attributes:
- Minimum of 2 years administration experience.
- Good level of IT literacy
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Hard working and motivated
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
