Online Auction Support

Wilsons Auctions are the largest independently owned auction house in the UK & Ireland. We currently have a requirement in our Head Office in Mallusk for a Full Time Online Auction Support Assistant.

The role will involve but not be limited to:

  • Answering telephone / email enquiries
  • Registering online buyers for the auctions
  • Taking card payments / processing invoices
  • Processing vehicles for the online auction – finance clearances
  • Chasing debtors / processing creditor payments

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate should have the following skills / attributes:         

  • Minimum of 2 years administration experience.
  • Good level of IT literacy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Hard working and motivated
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
