What do I do now?

Please quote your registration number in any query you may have.

  • If you are attending the auction, be here nice and early.  The auction starts at 7pm and could end at any time from 8:30-9:00pm .  Your lot number will come up in running order as per the catalogue which is on sale throughout the day, priced £2. This catalogue information, which also appears on the internet at www.wilsonsauctions.com, advertises your vehicle to the purchaser.
  • If you are not attending the auction, please leave us your CORRECT CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER as we may have to contact you to inform you of any ‘provisional’ bids. This means that the vehicle has not reached its reserve price which you have set but that there may be a bid very close to it. The auctioneer will contact you to ask if you’ll accept the bid.
  • If we haven’t contacted you, give us a call the following day after lunch time to find out the status of your vehicle.  Remember, vehicles without instruction will automatically be re-entered into the next auction. The car department can also advise you about unsold vehicles, offering advice on reserve price, vehicle condition or appearance and services such as valeting and refurbishment.

Do we have your correct contact telephone number and address?

It is important that we have your correct:

TELEPHONE NUMBER to let you know of any provisional bids.

MAILING ADDRESS, the address that is given when booking in your car, will be the address your cheque is posted to. You will be asked to check this on your entry form, please do so carefully.
