The purpose of our integrated quality, environment and occupational health & safety management system is to ensure that product and service quality continually meets the highest standards demanded by Wilsons Auctions and its customers in an environmentally friendly and safe manner. 

The IMS specifies how the various standards are applied to all of the Company’s activities within the scope of our UKAS approved registrations and identifies the operational procedures, process maps and other documents used in our approach throughout the complete supply chain management process.

Our commitment to quality, environment and health & safety is therefore reflected in our approach to the continual improvement of our products and services in reasonable compliance with all applicable legislation, industry standards, contractual obligations, best practice and our ongoing corporate initiatives.

The integrated management system is focused on the delivery of premium services, easy communications and operational integration that offers a breadth and scope of remarketing services that can deliver great value whether on a local or national basis for our valued client base in both the public and private sectors.

The ISO 9001:2008 QMS is the foundation for our Quality System. This facilitates a commitment to the ongoing delivery of first class processes and an ethos that is focused on continual improvement.

The ISO 14001:2004 EMS is the foundation for the environmental elements of the integrated management system and aspect / impact assessments are available and are subject to review and appraisal to ensure their ongoing suitability and effectiveness.

The OHSAS 18001:2007 Standard is the foundation for the occupational health & safety elements of the IMS. This provides a suitable framework for conducting our business operations in a safe and healthy environment.
