Wilsons Auctions, Belfast is preparing for its monthly Land and Property Auction which will include a two-bedroom flat in Fintona, Co. Tyrone with a guide price of £10,000.

Higher-value property featured in the auction ranges from a stunning detached three-bedroom villa in Malaga, Spain with a guide price of £375,000, a three-bedroom detached house on Belfast’s Ballysillan Road and a four-bedroom detached house on Belfast’s Shore Road, both with a guide price of £145,000.
