Wilsons Auctions, long associated with Northern Ireland, spread its wings to mainland UK, opening a new auction complex at Dalry, near Glasgow, in October 1998. The auction facility in Dalry is the "premier specialist Car Auction complex in Scotland". Over 35,000 vehicles are placed under the hammer every year in two purpose built auction halls. The site comprises of 18 acres and includes state of the art office facilities, restaurant and further auction rooms to dispose of various liquidation stock, commercial vehicles, police lost property and small plant.
