This site operates two motor vehicle auctions per week, Tuesday at 6.00pm & Friday at 1.00pm. A complete service is provided to both buyers and sellers of used cars and light commercial vehicles.

• Buyers Information...

A cash deposit of £100 is payable, on the fall of the auctioneers hammer, on vehicles up to £2000. A £300 cash deposit is required for Vehicles over £2000. The remainder of the balance is to be paid within 48 hours.

The balance can be paid by:

• Cash
• Switch
• Buyers Fee

In addition to the purchase price a buyers fee is payable on all vehicles sold. This fee covers vehicles that have been stolen & vehicles that are subject to an undercharged hire purchase agreement.

Should a vehicle purchased be repossessed the purchase price will be repaid in full. The period of cover will be 1 year from the date of purchase of the vehicle and will be limited to the purchase price of the vehicle, subject to all legal rights being transferred to the auctioneers. The buyers fee is non refundable.

• Sellers Information...

To enter a vehicle for sale we require the following:

• V5 registration document
• MOT (if applicable)
• Tax Disk (if applicable)
• Mileage showing on vehicle
• Completed and signed entry form

All vehicles over 10 years of age will be sold without reserve price to the highest bidder. A reserve price can be placed on specialist cars by arrangement and at the auctioneers discretion.

Payment will be made to the seller by crossed cheque, posted out 4 working days after receipt of the buyers payment.

Charges

Entry fee: £20 & Vat. This covers entry to 2 sales.

Commission: Commission is charged on a sliding scale. Charges can be obtained from reception. Discounts are available for volume sellers.
